If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@punthreads.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use or washing

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the print-on-demand production process
