Orders

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency. Payment must be completed before your order enters production.

Made-to-Order Products

All PunThreads products are made to order. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Made-to-order items are eligible for a replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

PunThreads is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
