At PunThreads, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged during shipping.

  • Contains a manufacturing defect.

  • Is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design received).

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Submit a Claim

Please email support@punthreads.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind.

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address.

  • Minor color variations caused by different screen displays.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
